Eloise et Moi do not accept exchanges, returns and cancellations.

But we understand and value you first!

So if you are not completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind handmade design product, please email us at infoeloiseetmoi@gmail.com within 15 days of received your order and we would love to hear from you and hope you will allow us the opportunity to make it right for you.

Refunds will be process for store credit within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind refund will reflect shipping cost deducted.
